Yutong Wang (they/them) are a digital designer and creative technologist. They use algorithms as a tool to explore visual expression, with works spanning generative design, creative coding, and new media installations. Yutong are deeply interested in simulating and expressing human emotions through creative technologies and are exploring the possibilities of constructing narratives in audiovisual performances.

Currently, they are taking a gap year from the Master in Design Studies program in Mediums Domain at Harvard Graduate School of Design while serving as an Associate Research Fellow at NYU Shanghai. They hold a Bachelor of Fine Art in Interactive Media Arts and Art History from NYU Tisch School of the Arts.

Their works have been showcased at theBlanc Gallery,  System Shanghai, Elevator Shanghai, and NYU Interactive Telecommunications Program.
